Arch. Friedrich Grünanger studied in Vien, Austria, author of numerous remarkable residential and public buildings in Bulgaria
First owner: lawyer and diplomat Dr. Haralampi Sarmadzhiev. The family lived there for only five years.
Built in 1903
Architecture style: elements of Baroque, Mediterranean Renaissance and Rococo. There are impressive facades, and on the corner – a flat-roofed tower and a terrace.
The load-bearing walls are brick. There is a wooden beamwork, wooden is the roof structure with a mansard roof.
Currently the residence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey.
The building is with limited access and it is under close guard. It is not possible to enter inside.
